In last week’s episode I shared my journey with change with you and what learning how to change has done for my life. And because of that experience with change, my mission is now to help other people learn the same and have amazing changes and experiences in their life.
So today I want to share a few stories of people that have gone already through my program and who can really benefit from the program.

To be honest, everyone can benefit from the program if I assume that everyone has something in their life that they would like to change. So if you have something that you would like to change: a situation, a relationship, a habit or you have big dreams or plans that have not yet been realized, then this is a program that will 100% help you.
But I like to focus my attention on a certain group of people based on my personal experience, that’s where I have obviously the best expertise. As I shared in the previous episode, I have gone through my own experience of burnout which is why I love helping others through their experience with burnout and making them realize that they never have to burn out ever again.

If you don’t feel like I speak to you then see this episode as an opportunity to reflect on this question: Have you ever made a wish list of the kind of people you want to have in your life? Have you ever reflected if the people in your life are the people that you actually would like to have in your life?
You have a choice here – you don’t have to live with the situation or people that you are currently living with if you don’t like it or them. It’s as easy as that! Think about it!
The first client I want to tell you about said this after taking the program with me: The biggest transformation I have seen in myself is a heightened sense of self-awareness and the ability to feel, process and change my thoughts, which lead to new choices and actions, that in turn created new feelings and experiences. It is a new way of loving and supporting myself in my own personal journey.
She also reflected that the program gave her the opportunity to go inward, to reacquaint with her inner self in order to nurture, support and redefine areas in her life that were hindering her ability to align her actions with her purpose.
if you, like her, would like the guidance to go inwards and learn more about your purpose and about yourself, you are in the right place. Going through this program will help you to find a new way to self-love and deep personal development but in a way that is very action and result oriented.
The next shout-out goes to my client who said this after the program: By the end of the program, I could clearly see the results as my mindset was shifting in the right direction. I learned how to break through limiting beliefs and habits and become greater than the environment I am in. It gave me a new perspective on my life and helped to get started changing my life!
This client went through burnout just a few months before she went through the program and was scared that she would fall into the same patterns and habits as before which would make her burn out again soon. Through the program, she was able to learn the tools to change those limiting beliefs and habits that made her burn out in the first place.
And the third client I want to tell you about is someone who struggled with burnout as well and knew he had not made enough meaningful changes in his life to not fall back into another burnout – even working with a therapist.
Just a few weeks after taking the program he was in a completely different place. He suddenly knew where he was self-sabotaging himself and changed straight away his perspective and attitude toward work.
He had a more positive outlook on life and was much more relaxed. Even though a lot of negative things were happening at his workplace.
He said: I have actually applied the learnings relatively quickly: there is no day like today to change. And I must say that I felt the effect fast, especially my attitude at work has become more constructive, and my work-life balance has improved a lot.
Now that I told you a few stories about my clients, I want to share with you what kind of people come and work with me and see if you are potentially one of them.
Before my clients go through the program, many of them say that the pain has become too big for them. And that pain can be lots of different things. But what they all say is that they have come to a point where they say: Enough is enough!
So they already know that something fundamental has to change in their lives for them to release that pain. But they just don’t know how they can change it. And that’s where I help them.
Clients that come to me are frustrated with all other attempts in their life to change what they so desperately want to change. But all the other times it just did not work or did not work well enough for them to be satisfied or happy with the results.
I would say as well that most of my clients are go-getters, driven individuals, and high-performing overachievers. They are willing to do the work that is needed to make the changes in their life. They are just looking for someone to tell them how and to guide them through the first few attempts.
When they come and take the program they usually feel exhausted, low in energy, stressed, challenged by life demands, and moody. And when they talk about their current situation they feel frustrated, hopeless, disappointed, or angry.
If any of this sounds like you and my words have touched you in a way, then I challenge you to see this as a sign. And even if it’s not me that you want to work with or you don’t want to through the program that I teach, I still ask you to see this as a sign to change something in your life. I rather you do it with whomever you want to work with – than not do it at all.
Nothing changes until you change!
