In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we often chase after ideals, goals, and desires, believing that they will bring us the sense of completeness we long for. But what if I told you that you are already complete? That’s the profound realization I experienced during a meditation this week, and I’m thrilled to share this transformative journey with you.
Earlier this week, I participated in a meditation session that turned out to be life-changing. It was a morning meditation, the long version of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s “Changing Boxes” meditation, and I was with a group of like-minded people. We were all committed to doing this meditation for 30 days, and I was eagerly anticipating what might come from this deep, introspective practice.
The meditation was all about connecting with the quantum field, a concept that I’ve been exploring for years. We were focusing on sending out signals of wholeness, trying to create and feel that sense of completeness within the quantum field. I’ve practiced this many times before, with varying levels of success. But this time, something truly extraordinary happened.
As I concentrated on this idea of wholeness, trying to feel it within my heart, a thought suddenly struck me like a bolt of lightning: **What if I am already complete?** What if, exactly as I am right now, I am whole?
This realization was profound. It wasn’t just a fleeting thought but a deep, visceral understanding. I realized that right now, at this very moment, I am 100% complete. Every aspect of my life, from my body to my relationships, from my business to my spiritual growth, is exactly where it is meant to be. The universe, God, source—whatever you want to call it—has intended for me to be precisely where I am now.
This understanding was mind-blowing. It was as if a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders. All the limiting beliefs, the frustrations, the endless striving to be more or do more, simply dissolved. In their place was a deep sense of peace and freedom.
One of the most liberating aspects of this realization was letting go of all the “shoulds” that had been weighing me down. I no longer felt that I should look a certain way, be more successful, or have different relationships. I realized that exactly where I am right now is perfect. Not in the sense of perfectionism, but in the sense that this is where I am meant to be at this point in my life.
Can you imagine how freeing that feels? Imagine if someone or something greater than yourself came to you and said, **“You are exactly where you are supposed to be. You are complete. You are loved and appreciated just as you are.”**
That feeling is indescribable. It’s pure magic. It’s as if all the anxiety and stress of striving for something more just melts away. You realize that there is nothing you need to change, nothing you need to do. You are whole, right here and now.
After the meditation, as I continued to reflect on this experience, another powerful realization came to me: **If I am complete, I need nothing.**
This was another mind-shifting insight. In that moment of feeling complete, I realized that I didn’t need to do anything, buy anything, or become anyone else. I was enough. And if I needed nothing, then everything I chose to do, create, or experience would come from a place of completeness, not from a place of lack or need.
This doesn’t mean that I won’t take action or pursue my passions. It simply means that my actions will come from a place of love and wholeness, rather than from a need to fill a void or prove something. Imagine approaching your day with this mindset. Instead of going to work because you “need” to, you go because you choose to, because it brings you joy and fulfillment.
When we operate from a place of completeness, our creations become more meaningful and fulfilling. We are no longer driven by fear, need, or lack, but by love, passion, and a sense of wholeness. This shift changes everything. It means that whatever we create—whether it’s a piece of art, a business, or a relationship—is born from a place of abundance rather than scarcity.
This realization is not something that I have fully integrated into my life yet, but it’s something I am committed to exploring and embracing. It’s a journey that I am excited to be on, and I can’t wait to see how this new understanding will continue to unfold in my life.
As I continued to process this experience, another thought came to me: **If I am complete, then so is everyone else.**
This realization was both beautiful and challenging. It means that every person, regardless of who they are or what they have done, is also complete in their own unique way. This includes the people who have hurt us, the people we may dislike, and even those we consider enemies.
This can be a difficult concept to accept. How can someone who has caused harm or pain be considered complete? But if we truly believe that each of us is exactly where we are meant to be, then we must accept that this applies to everyone.
This realization has changed the way I view others. I now see that each person is on their own unique journey, and they are exactly where they are supposed to be. This doesn’t mean that we have to agree with their actions or choices, but it does mean that we can approach them with more compassion and understanding.
It also means recognizing that each person’s completeness is different. We all have different paths, different experiences, and different purposes. There is no one way to be complete. We are all whole and complete in our own unique ways, and that is what makes life so rich and diverse.
Some of us may reach this understanding of completeness in this lifetime, while others may not. And that’s perfectly okay. We are all on our own journeys, and we will each come to this realization in our own time.
For me, this week’s experience was just a glimpse of what is possible. It was a moment of clarity and insight that has already begun to change me in profound ways. But I know that this is just the beginning. There is so much more to explore and understand, and I am excited to continue this journey.
I wanted to share this experience with you because I believe that we all have the capacity to realize our own wholeness. We don’t need to do anything, buy anything, or become anyone else. We are already complete, exactly as we are.
