I want to talk to you about how all kinds of information end up in the cells of our body and how that information impacts our health and well-being. Most of us are not aware that it happens. So we are going to change that today!

Energy, Frequency and Information are going to be our topics in today´s episode. And the reason for that is because everything in the universe and beyond is energy. Everything in our universe is mostly made out of energy and the least part matter – even if it does not seem like it. And that includes our bodies. Our body is 99.99999 per cent energy and just 0,00001 per cent matter.
“So what is holding our bodies together in the shape we are in, is energy. That´s why it is so important for us to be mindful of our energy and the energy in our lives.”
And energy communicates and connects through waves. We have radio waves, microwaves, x rays, gamma waves and more. Humans are aware of these waves and their frequency and we use them to our advantage. We use radio waves to listen to songs on the radio or watch our favourite shows on TV. We use microwaves to cook our food. And higher frequency waves are used for us to communicate through our mobile phones.
All of this energy and frequency are all around us. And frequencies carry information. For the radio wave to show your favourite TV show on your television, it’s encoded and carries all the information of that show to your TV. All of that encoded frequency is around us, too. And like our appliances in our home, we are receivers. We receive information through our 5 senses and it gets processed in the brain into information and forwards information, signals or chemicals to the rest of the body depending on what it wants to happen.
And usually our conscious mind, our analytical mind tries to filter and assess all information coming to us. But just imagine how much information is all around us these days with TVs, mobile phones, and computers.
There is so much information all around us for most of the waking hours that we cannot all process through our analytical mind which means it goes straight into the body and into our subconscious. We are not just feeding our bodies with oxygen, food and water but all day long with all the information around us. And all of this information has an impact on our body, our health and our wellbeing. And are we aware of it? Most of us, I don’t think so.
Today I want to talk about the information that our bodies consume all day long. Through watching or reading the news. Through the people in our lives and what they say. What we say to ourselves through our thoughts or out loud, the songs and TV shows we are watching. All of this carries information through the frequency it has and we receive this information.
Some of it we process consciously and lots of it we are not even aware of. It might be playing in the background or we are trying to do 2 or 3 things at the same time. But even if we are with our full attention on something, are we aware of what this information does to us and our health?
Quite often I talk to you about how we want to be mindful of how we speak. What words we use and how we talk to ourselves. This is all energy and it has power. But everything around us that we consume has power and energy as well. And it has the power to influence our well-being, our nervous system and our chemical balance and imbalance. It does not just form our beliefs, influences our thoughts and our moods. No, it has a direct impact on your physical health, too.
About a month ago I had for the first time an amazing experience during one of my meditations. It was a meditation that concentrated on harmonizing the energy centres in our bodies. Often they are called the chakras. These are energy centres in our body that have their own mini-brains. They have different purposes and functions inside of our body. They produce particular chemicals and help the body to be in balance. In this meditation, we focus on these energy centres one by on. Through this focus, we want to bring the centers into harmony and alignment.
In that one meditation for the first time, I was able to fully feel the energy of these centres. they felt like balls of quick-moving energy, always moving energy inside of it and radiating energy. And suddenly I felt the vibration of the voice in the meditation touching these centres. Every time the voice spoke in the meditation, it kind of pressed into the energy centres and made it vibrate with the voice. I even felt this just in the direction of where the voice came from. It was like it just took in the information straight away without going through my brain.
Information all around us just goes straight into our body, to our energy centres, to our cells. Without us consciously having control over it. So if we want to be more mindful of what kind of information gets into our body and impacts our health and our wellbeing then we need to be more mindful of what we let close to us, into our environment.
We cannot consciously control all of the information around us and select what should come into our bodies and what should stay out. We need to make this selection in the 3D world. Cut out information that we don’t want to have inside of us if it harms our health and balance.

And I get even more and more strict about it. Just the other week I even deleted the news headlines from my mobile phone when I swipe to the right. Recently it showed three headlines from the news that day and I even deleted that now. I realized how it influenced my mental state of being. Sadly not in a good way. I don’t read the news anymore at all because I want to protect my energy. I want to protect the health of not just my mind but my body as well.
Let´s say you would like to live a peaceful life. Do you think you can achieve that if you spend an hour per day watching or reading or listening to the news that is sadly not focussed on happy and peaceful events?
If I really need to know something like the latest rule on CoviD regulation because I want to go to the restaurant, I google it and read that one article. That is it. And do I miss sometimes big news? Of course, I do, but is my life harmed by that? No, it is not. It is actually better and I have learned not to care anymore if I miss something.
And if there is something that is really important to know I will learn it a different way. Either someone I am following on social media posts about it or my husband or my mum tells me about it. I am not missing it a bit. It is so freeing and I love my life so much more without the news in it. And just think about how much less harm I do to my body. It’s not like the conventional news is ever positive these days, right?
So one way you can make sure that you are feeding your body better information for your wellbeing and your health is to control what is in your environment. That is what you read, what you watch, what you listen to. And when it comes to listening, that counts as well for the people in your environment. Be mindful of how people in your life speak. If they keep talking all the time about how bad the world is, complain, talk bad about others, then that has the same effect on you and your energy like watching the news.
I listen to positive music, or music without any singing. On TV I watch more positive or funny programs. I will probably cut more shows out that I would have watched in the past. Over time you get more and more sensible about this. More aware of what kind of negativity can be around you.
Being more mindful had as well a huge impact on the people in my life. I do not spend my time with people that complain, or speak negatively about themselves, others or me. I have left these kinds of people behind me a while ago (Episode 17). And that makes space for people that are more like me and watch their wellbeing and look positively into their world. That’s the kind of people I like to have around me.
